"Brossa d'ahir" is the first album by the rafelbunyoler singer Pep Laguarda, accompanied by the group Tapineria. This album, along with "Relative Humidity" by Remigi Palmero (1979) and "Waiters" by Juli Bustamante (1981), is part of the so-called "Valencian Mediterranean pop trilogy", according to critics.
The group traveled to Mallorca to record the songs at the home studio Banana Moon Observatory, on the platform of Ca Daevid Allen, who acted as producer and played bass on a couple of songs; Pau Riba is accredited as artistic director with Laguarda, and his brother, Xavier Riba, plays the violin in "Milanta anys-llum blues"; guitarist Joan Bibiloni Febrer and drummer Tico Balanzà also collaborated.
