The "Nord" record collection, directed by Pascal Comelade, is a spontaneous and irregular initiative, without any theory, outside any cultural office, any official and institutional circuit.
This collection, which consists of four volumes, aims to dedicate itself to musical, instrumental, vocal productions… produced in the counties of Northern Catalonia (El Conflent, Rosselló, Vallespir, Cerdanya…) and inscribed in a perspective of Catalan Countries, without any concern for concept, without fixation on the past, present or future, without guideline.
The aim is to bring back up-to-date, out-of-print historical materials and, at the same time, edit more recent productions.
A way to endure with the reality of an activist society in Roussillon, despite the destructive process of patufetism and integral francization.
The flight. 3 is a compilation of electronic music that has been made and is made in northern Catalonia between the years 1981 and the present day.
