Les Impertinences is an early music ensemble based in Geneva that specializes in historically informed performance of 17th-century music. The group consists of: Pablo Agudo López – violin, artistic director; Emma Vignier – electric bass, general director; Dario Tamayo – harpsichord; Luis Eduardo López – theorbo; Ulises Pineda – viola da gamba; and Florencia Romero – violin.

Their new project is "Bestiartio.", that explores the expressive freedom of early 17th-century instrumental music, featuring works that evoke the animal world in composers such as Uccellini and Farina. The album highlights the ensemble’s a due bassi sonority, inspired by historical sources, with Frescobaldi and Henry Du Mont serving as a guiding thread. The programme concludes with a dance-infused reinterpretation of Biber shaped by living traditions.
