Recorded between Barcelona, Rio de Janeiro, and Montoliu de Segarra, and mastered by Alex Wharton at Abbey Road Studios in London, the album unfolds through elegant dialogues between voice and guitar, with the lyrical cello of Jaques Morelenbaum enriching selected tracks. The repertoire travels fluidly across genres and languages, embracing jazz standards, folk songs, bossa nova, and French chanson.

Motis reinterprets songs by Amy Winehouse, Chico Buarque, Bill Withers, Georges Brassens, and Djavan, while also presenting original compositions co-written with Jurandir Da Silva. The CD edition includes two exclusive bonus tracks, making it the most complete version of this deeply personal and timeless release.
