Miguel Poveda presents "El Árbol de La Alegría" (The Tree of Joy), his new studio album which he will take to the stage in a homonymous tour. “More than just a carol album, El Árbol de la Alegría is a sonic embrace that brings together the spirit of Christmas in all its forms: shared laughter, the echo of family voices, the empty chairs that remain occupied in our hearts, and that spark of hope that never goes out,” the artist states.

The artist is behind a large part of the composition, imprinting his personal stamp on each track and turning each piece into a unique creation that breathes essence, love, and truth, with Jesús Guerrero on guitar, arrangements, and production.

El Árbol de La Alegría invites listeners to remember, celebrate, and feel a joyful Christmas. Poveda opens the doors of his home and his memory to introduce us to his family and take us to his childhood in Badalona, a humble neighborhood that, despite difficult times, maintained a cheerful and hopeful spirit, in a project that underscores the artist’s versatility as he delves into a theme he had never recorded before.

Furthermore, the acclaimed artist will take El Árbol de La Alegría to the stages on a tour that will cover the Spanish geography with a live show that will go from the traditional to the contemporary, mixing languages and textures in a “cocktail shaker” that breathes Christmas without clichés.
