"The Landscape Listens" is an album in which the lyricism of the tenor saxophones of Matt Otto and Xose Miguélez is embraced by the harmonic and rhythmic warmth of pianist Abe Rabade. It is an album of first takes and original compositions, open to improvisation, it is an intimate album in which the landscape listens and sometimes responds.
