The singer and composer Clara Montes pays tribute once again to the poetry of Antonio Gala, in commemoration of her first album, which is now 25 years old and which was dedicated to the verses of the writer with a vocation from Córdoba.
With Chamo Díaz in the musical direction and on the piano and Kiriko on double bass, Clara Montes recreates a repertoire, which, as on the previous occasion, includes her own music and music by creators such as Arturo Pareja Obregón, Juan Cerro, Antonio Vega, Víctor Mariñas, Pedro Guerra and Rosana Arbelo.
An album, which, as Clara herself writes, is “...a direct and live album, an album in which we have decided not to edit or post-produce anything that was captured playing live in the recording studio, thus respecting , with more authenticity if possible, the energy that we were able to generate after months of touring the country presenting these songs... an album that is the result of friendship, years of experience and lots and lots of love..."
