The Spanish polyphonic lyric repertoire enjoyed extraordinary vitality in the Spain of the Golden Age. This artistic communion between poetry and music of this century is the guiding essence of this recording, “El sentir de mi sentido”, which presents a very representative selection of the profane Spanish musical life in the middle of the 16th century.
