We must thank Mireia Latorre for this tribute to the great Mediterranean composer Déodat de Séverac with the recording of a selection of songs in Occitan, Catalan and religious works, generally little known to the public.
Mireia Latorre makes it possible to continue enriching the discovery of an important but often forgotten musician. Indeed, although in Paris he was considered by his peers and by critics as one of the first musicians of the new generation, he decided to leave the "city of light" to settle near the Mediterranean that he loved so much.
