Juán José Robles began his musical career as a very young boy in rondallas and traditional music groups from his hometown, Alhama de Murcia. He co-founded the group Malvariche and Mujeres con Raíz and throughout his career he has been part of many other bands, in addition to collaborating on more than 30 albums by very different artists.
“Transiciones” ("Transitions") is his third solo album. A work that is the result of understanding, of having known how to go through, with courage, each sensation that the fact of feeling alive offers us. In “Transiciones” we find rebirth and closure, heartbeats of life, the tranquility that is only recognizable when we live certainty. Folk sounds, echoes of Ireland, of the orchard, burning folklore, nostalgia...
