"The joy" was the first work of the guitarist from Santiago de Compostela Valentin Caamaño published under the Free Code Records label in 2014.
The album is made up of seven compositions by legendary artists, among which we highlight Charlie Parker, Wayne Shorter, Thelonius Monk or Sonny Rollins. At first glance, this gives an idea of what the Galician's musical philosophy is, which is debated and complemented between bebop and hard bop. (Enrique Farelo)
