The disc includes, from works by Jean Sibelius (The Dance of the Naiads) or Francisco Tárrega (Tear), to traditional Sephardic melodies, from Bulgaria, Portugal, Aragón or Murcia, compositions by the musicians themselves and improvisations.
The improvisations were born as experiments, miniatures, which in the form of preludes, interludes and epilogues merge with the soundscapes and complete this aquatic kaleidoscope.
For this they have counted, in addition to the cello and the guitar, on the voice of María Berasarte, the sax and clarinet of Andreas Prittwitz and the percussion of David Mayoral, who are already part of Zaruk's sound imagery.
"In the sea of silence there is a sound land called Zaruk."
