The Spanish guitarist Agustín Maruri presents his latest album as a soloist, dedicated to the complete work of the Brazilian composer Heitor Villa-Lobos. In addition to the “Suite popular”, the “Estudios”, the “Preludios” and “Choros Nº 1”, Maruri adds his own arrangement of one of the “Typical Brazilian Songs”, the beautiful 'Tu pasaste por este jardím'.
This is one of the few recordings that exists on Super Audio CD (SACD), if not the only one, of Heitor Villa-Lobos's solo guitar integral.
