Once again, with the sea as the protagonist in a clear allegory to the inevitable process of death and rebirth in all walks of life, Family Folks, the band formed by Bosco Hill on vocals, acoustic and electric guitar, banjo and percussion; Rubén Xuárez on vocals, electric and acoustic guitar, mandolin, percussion; Xabier Vieitiz on keyboards, carillon and choirs; Jorge Lorre on bass and backing vocals and Rufus el Guarro on drums and backing vocals, give birth to a work that consolidates a path marked by constant evolution, with a more electric and even experimental spirit, where instruments that used to be part of the sound catalog of the band in previous works, lose prominence and are replaced by keyboards, electric guitars or even the Theremin, present in some songs, consolidating a new and interesting sound proposal.
Recorded live, co-produced with the band and mastered at the Radar studios in Vigo (Galicia, Spain) by Pablo Iglesias, "Naufrage" also has the collaboration of Óscar Avendaño (Siniestro Total, The Bo Derek's) and Paulo Pascual (Camarada Nimoy, Modulator de Ondas). An album that beyond the evolutionary point of the band, does not forget its true purpose, to make great songs.
