El Triangulista is the artistic alter ego of Francesc Burgos, an environmental scientist by training and one of the main activists in the Valencian Community. With twenty years of career leading different projects, both in the field of cultural management (LaCasaCalba and Teatro del Raval of Gandia), and in artistic creation (Amanida Peiot and La POP, Petita Orquestra Peiotaire), Burgos present himself on stage with this quirky character without limits. A unique proposal that encompasses the living arts, retrofuturistic technology and the recycling of objects, with a poetic and stimulating look at the same time. In short, a dream come true.
"Plastic EP" is his first musical production. A conceptual and handcrafted work developed by the same artist, who has performed, recorded and mixed the four songs. All of them included in the theatrical show "Plàstic-tic-tic!". Now, however, presented with another sonic packaging: new arrangements and a lot of instruments that are not instruments (trash cans, tea boxes, house keys, wooden table, etc.). All this with the intention -ethics- to denounce the environmental crisis that we suffer and -esthetics- to create our own imaginary, where neo-psychedelia, tropicalism, punk-pop, Mediterranean music and sound experimentation harmoniously and peacefully coexist .
The physical edition of the EP is made of 7 '' yellow vinyl with a limited edition of 500 numbered copies.
