Blodwyn Pig was a British blues rock band, founded in 1968 by guitarist, vocalist and songwriter Mick Abrahams just after leaving Jethro Tull due to a falling-out with Tull vocalist Ian Anderson, after their debut album, This Was, was released.
This double CD recorded in 2001 at the Audiolab studios in Buckingham, includes within the first CD, a re-working of this first album by Jethro Tull 'This Was', and disc 2 is a 16 track album of various line-up's including the reformation of the pre-Tull 'McGregor's Engin' with Clive Bunker and Andy Pyle.
