Pause is a band that comes fundamentally from the Hardcore and post-punk scene in Barcelona that reached its peak in the late nineties and early this century.
Pause combines with excellence the unmistakable dark sound of Post Punk along with the forcefulness of Generation X. They get along with groups such as Depeche Mode, The Cure, Joy Division or The Clash, precursors of Post Punk. Just as they feel identified with more explosive proposals such as The Posies, Soundgarden, in short the whole Seattle scene.
"We can not rewind" is their debut album.
