Helena Rosich is a singer of jazz, blues, bossa nova, boleros, born in Girona. She began studying musical language and classical guitar at the Girona Conservatory of Music.
Jazz and blues captivated her and she began studying vocal jazz and piano at the School of Modern Music in Girona.
And the summer of this 2020 she records her third album "Nit de setembre" (Temps Record, 2020) accompanied by Joel Moreno, Horacio Fumero, Alexandre Carbonell, Xavier Figuerola and Santi Colomer.
"Nit de setembre" is a compilation of songs that remind Helena of the festivals in her hometown in which the orchestras played boleros in her repertoire. The songs have an air of sadness and loneliness, but also hope, love and beauty. Helena has searched for the lyrics with which she has felt most identified since "Lágrimas negras" (Trío Matamoros), "Cuando vuelva a tu lado (María Grever) or "Petita festa" (Toti Soler) among others.
