Recorded in March 2019, during two performances at Casa Natura Musical (São Paulo), “A Pele do Futuro ao Vivo” is the new álbum in live by the brasilian diva Gal Costa.
Released as a luxury double CD includes the full script of the show designed and directed by Marcus Preto, who signs this text, and adds 24 songs, among classics and news.
In its live version, “A Pele do Futuro” expands the original concept of the album recorded by Gal in 2018. The studio work imprinted, in 13 unpublished songs, the scars that over time tattooed on the singer's voice - and, consequently inevitable, in the skin of all Brazilian popular music transformed by the stratospheric aesthetic force of its singing. The script of the show was in search of previous tattoos, matrixes of this skin that gets older at the same time that it is renewed, key pieces already consecrated by Gal in more than five decades of recordings.
