Ventriloquist Jerry Morgan has failed in love again. The reason: When the relationship reaches the point of discussing marriage, his doll, Clarence, becomes jealous. His fiancee, Audrey, abandons him so Jerry hits his two dolls, Clarence and Terrence. Papinek, the creator of the Morgan dolls, turns out to be an important spy, and will use Jerry and his dolls to transport plans.
